ShippingWe offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States. For expedited shipping, or international orders please use our shipping calculator for your rate. Our preferential carrier is UPS, but we offer options to ship via USPS, Fedex and DHL. Any questions, you know where to find us!
Returns and Exchanges
Full Priced Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may make a return within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund of any full priced product. Returns attempted after 14 days are eligible for exchange to receive a gift card for the returned amount as compensation within 30 days. Please note, if we no longer carry the item you wish to return outside of 14 days, only exchanges will be available.
To receive a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met :
• All furniture items must be returned new, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• Bags must be returned in original packaging and show minimal wear.
Sale Priced Products
Sale priced items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of when you received the product, and must meet the requirements above. After 14 days, sale priced items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Vintage, one of a kind goods, custom goods and or furniture, and sample furniture & bags are all final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To return or exchange an item, please contact email@example.com. Put either Return or Exchange in the subject line. In the body of the email, have the name of the item as found on packing slip, and any distinguishing color or size. Also, include the reason for return, and if you would like to make an exchange, include the item or items of similar value that you'd like to exchange your item for.
